This wine is the result of Jorge Ordóñez’s goal to produce a quality Garnacha from the mountains of Malaga, from a vineyard planted with vine cuttings from Calatayud.
Velez-Malaga, Axarquia, Malaga
Several proprietary vineyards located in the Axarquia. The vineyards in Malaga are the most extreme in all of Europe. The mountainside vineyards are planted at inclinations of up to 70 degrees. There is no terracing, ladders or mechanisation to assist with the harvest. The vineyards are worked completely by hand.

Primary fermentation in 5T open top fermenters. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.
